Shipping Policy
1. Order processing time Our orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of order placement. Business days do not include weekends or national holidays.
2. Delivery methods We offer the following delivery methods:
- Standard shipping (3-5 business days)
- Express shipping (1-2 business days)
Shipping costs are determined based on the weight of the shipment and the destination delivery region and will be clearly shown when placing your order.
3. International Shipping We currently offer shipping to selected countries. Delivery times and costs may vary depending on destination. Please note that any customs or import charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
4. Tracking your shipment Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that will allow you to monitor the status of your shipment.
5. Lost or damaged shipments If your shipment is lost or damaged, please contact our customer service department immediately. We will make every effort to resolve the issue, including sending a new product or refund.
6. Returns and exchanges We offer a 30-day return or exchange period for products from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging. Detailed information on the returns and exchange process can be found in our Returns Policy.
